Hi, I’m Stacey Goodman.
I’m very grateful to all my friends in NYC for the support they’ve shown to Ground Zero workers!
Looking back over the 20 years since the 9/11 terrorist attacks on New York City, the Pentagon and other targets that ended in the loss of over 3,000 lives, and counting, I wanted to share my personal experience from the trenches of Ground Zero.
Many have come forward with their support for the victims of 9/11 and their families, then for those who are falling victim to 9/11 related illnesses.
I’m always grateful when people like Rudy Giuliani, Donald Trump, Geraldo Rivera and many others reach out to ensure that 9/11 and Ground Zero survivors have what we need to persevere.
I was a federally trained Long Island police officer, activated for duty as the commercial airliners struck the Twin Towers. In my book The Dust Never Settles, I share my experiences on the inside of Ground Zero, a highly secured area. The story has remained untold, until now.
